  • Scout Shirt
    New Cotton Tan formal Scout Shirt (Long or short sleeve) No Nylon Shirts are acceptable.
    The new canvas poplin shirt (style # 63094 ) offer you a crisp uniform appearance. Crafted with durable double-needle construction in 67% cotton/33% polyester gives you the best of both—the comfort of cotton next to your skin and the wash, dry and easy-care of polyester. Because we've added a special treatment to the finish, these poplin shirts not only reduce wrinkles but also resist dirt when you're in the field. Shirt features bellows pockets, two on the chest and a smaller one on the left sleeve all with hook-and-loop closures, and generous back pleats and hem vents for easy movement. Finishing touches include durable double-needle construction and tone-on-tone bone buttons embossed with "Boy Scouts of America."
  • Scout Pants
    New Canvas Green Scout Pants (style # 50340 ) are "switchback" pants that can be made into shorts by zipping off the legs. No Nylon pants are acceptable. These new uniform pants have the versatility and durability to easily transition from banquets to campgrounds. The durable 67% cotton - 33% polyester canvas weave fabric is finished to stay virtually wrinkle-free and still weather the outdoors.
    • Classic Fit - The classic fit Switchback pants have traditional straight leg styling and come unhemmed so you can customize the length.
    • Relaxed Fit - The relaxed fit Switchback pants are cut a bit roomier through the seat and thigh and come unhemmed so you can customize the length.
  • Scout Socks
    New Scout Preen Socks either, Official crew or ankle socks are acceptable. These new sporty activity socks are made of 69% Sensura polyester, 21% nylon, 9% polyester and 1% Lycra® spandex and are actually rated softer and more durable than combed cotton. Wicking moisture away from your feet, they dry three times faster than regular acrylic or wool so they also help keep feet warm in cool conditions, cool in warm conditions. With reinforced toe and heel for more comfort and longevity, you can really rack up the mileage by hiking further.
  • Neckerchief
    Green Neckerchief with Gold border and Scout emblem. Troop 24 will supply the initial neckerchief upon crossing over.
  • Scout Neckerchief Slide
    Troop 24 will supply the initial neckerchief slide upon crossing over.
  • Epaulets (Loops)
    Green epaulets on shoulders (see Scout Handbook for placement). Troop 24 will supply the initial green epaulets upon crossing over.
  • Belt
    New Scout Belt (green web) with Scout Belt Buckle (leather only upon Scoutmaster's approval).
  • Council Patch
    Connecticut Rivers Council Patch on left sleeve (see Scout Handbook for placement).
  • Patrol Patch
    Patrol insignia on right sleeve below American Flag (see Handbook). Leadership Patch on left sleeve
  • Troop Number
    Number 24 on left sleeve (see Scout Handbook for placement) with Troop 'years' patch.
  • Scout Hat
    The New green Official Scout hat supplied by Troop 24 is the only acceptable head gear.
  • Additional Patches
    The only acceptable uniform patches are:
    • International Scouting patch
    • Earned awards (i.e. Knots)
    • Order of the Arrow flaps
    • Jamboree patch Northeast Region patch
    • Trained patch
    • Troop Position
